Fresh Flowers:

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Plants:

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.

Substitutions for Special Occasions:

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.

We guarantee fresh and beautiful floral arrangements and quality gifts that will make your recipient smile.
If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using any of these convenient methods:

If flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived. (This does not include deliveries for Sundays because service is not available on Sundays.)
Due to the nature of florist delivered products we cannot cancel an order once the product has been delivered.

Weather:

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of florist-delivered or shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God and cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.

In the event that a shipped product arrives late and delivery has not been attempted we may offer a discount equal to the difference in shipping. (Example: If a package is sent next day and arrives in 2 days then a credit could be given for the difference in cost between 2 day and next day delivery).

Rural Routes and Remote Locations:

We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural routes and will contact you if service is unavailable. In some cases, delivery to such rural areas is available for an additional fee; we will contact you if such a situation arises. If no one is home depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses:

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Card Messages:

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order. Please limit to 250 characters only as the space on the gift cards are very limited.

Recipient May Be Contacted:

Normally, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Funerals:

These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
